The residential real estate of Glover Park is comprised of about 1000 row houses, a dozen or so medium- to large-sized condominiums and cooperatives, a handful of an eclectic mix of detached houses, about a couple dozen medium- to large-sized apartment buildings, and a few smaller 4-6 unit apartment and condominium residences. Houses typically date from the 1920’s-30’s and numerous apartment buildings were constructed in the 1940’s-50’s. Many condo conversions occurring in the early 1980’s with some additional conversions (especially smaller apartments) during the real estate boom of the early 2000’s.
