We are excited to announce our 14th annual Exceptional Schools Fair, which will be held virtually on Sunday, November 8th, 2020! The hours will be 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. This event is free for families and open to the public. From mild language-based learning differences to more severe cognitive disabilities, educators and parents must be informed on how best to educate students across a wide spectrum of learning needs. The Exceptional Schools Fair showcases schools and programs based in DC, Maryland, Virginia, as well as boarding schools, that ensure every child receives an exceptional education. With offerings that range from private day schools to therapeutic services, we aim to equip families and educators with the supports and interventions students need to succeed. Please take a few moments to explore our website to learn more about how the Exceptional Schools Fair can help you secure and channel resources to support the unique learning needs of your student. The 2020 Fair will be held virtually through Zoom! We will send instructions for accessing the event to the email you register with through Eventbrite. This event will consist of both panels and opportunities for individual conversations with school representatives. We will send a schedule with links by email ahead of the event (as well as a directory of all participating schools). View the 2020 participating schools!
