I have one room available in my spacious 2BR/1BA apartment in the Archstone Glover Park starting September 8th and I am looking for a female roommate. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed and desk/ dresser and has one large closet, but you also get two more closets just outside your room. All utilities are included in the price except cable/ internet. An additional $75 application fee and $300 move in/amenities fee is required as well for move in (this is paid to the Archstone directly). The building has a 24 hour concierge, laundry room, gym, and rooftop terrace all for your use as you please. This apartment building is located in the heart of Glover Park, steps away from Whole Foods, Surfside, CVS, Starbucks, Safeway, etc. and just a 5 minute drive into Georgetown.
