Chris started investing in real estate in the late 1990’s and began helping people with their real estate needs in 2001. He has persisted through the cycles and has broad knowledge of the dynamics of the real estate market.

Chris takes a positive, fun, steady, engaged, educational and profitable approach to helping clients buy and sell homes. Chris is licensed to sell real estate in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia which is an asset to clients who might have needs in multiple locations and this has provided a broad knowledge of the DC metro area market which benefits you. He founded and manages a national real estate investment company through which he has invested in property from coast to coast giving him valuable knowledge of the dynamics of real estate investment. Chris has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes successfully and profitably. Helping people achieve their real estate dreams has been a tremendously fulfilling calling for over 20 years.

Chris lives in the Glover Park neighborhood of Washington, DC just north of Georgetown with his family and rescue dog. He runs the www.GloverParkDC.com website and blog where he maintains a close connection with residents and businesses and provides valuable resources. In the past, he has coached baseball with the Northwest Washington Little League and has been a SCUBA diver at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, caring for the sea life and giving presentations to visitors. Chris grew up in New York and has an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Virginia. He is headquartered at the Woodley Park DC office of Long & Foster Real Estate.
