ISO Vintage Conductor Telephone Strand Wire Cat3.  Does anyone know (other than online) where I can get/buy this wire that is no longer being used for telephones. I heard the Federal Government is getting rid of all their old telephones, but other than GSA, is there another way to find the wire?
