I use Ivan Ruano (703-220-3487 and ivanruano@msn.com) for pretty much everything at my place. He's done everything from roof repair to garbage disposal installation to removing my washer/dryer (I wanted to donate rather than toss) to restoring my back deck. As I type he (actually, someone on his crew) is, I think, putting in a new doorframe for the entrance door on my neighbor's home. Can't attest to prices, I've been using him so long that I haven't tried other bids.
