We're moving to the neighborhood and I have a quick question. Looking for some data for the row homes on the cast iron main drains. I assume a lot of these drains are original to the homes and now reaching 85 years in age. The one in our house appears to be original.

I am curious what sort of conditions people are seeing, if anyone has preemptively replaced the drain, or seen a failure?
